The Just out of this World finals at the Hippodrome was absolutely fantastic! We had a variety of great performances from Rap to soul and Praise and Worship and Rock. All of the finalists really stepped up their game, but there was only to be one winner. After several amazing performances from all of our worthy contestants the Trio Hettie, Chloe and Patricia known as The Sisters won the nation’s and the judges hearts to emerge this year’s winner. The Just out of this World finals was absolutely fantastic! All of the finalists really stepped up their game, but there was only to be one winner. After several amazing performances from all of our worthy contestants the Trio Hettie, Chloe and Patricia known as The Sisters won the nation’s and the judges hearts to emerge this year’s winner. Great Congratulation to them!

Hettie, Chloe, and Patricia make up the group known as the Sisters. They have been singing since they were kids and music is a big part of their lives. They met about 10 years ago in Sunderland in a worship group, but only started singing as a group about 2 years ago. Living in three different cities, Sunderland, Newcastle and London, makes it difficult for the group to rehearse as often as they would like to, but they still manage to find time to meet up to rehearse.

The Sisters believe they have been blessed with a special gift and want to be a blessing to everyone that experiences their ministry. They also want to glorify God with their voices. The Sisters are inspired by artists like the Clark Sisters and God’s Chosen. As a harmonising group, the Sisters are unique in what they do and they believe their commitment and dedication will set them apart. Hettie Siziba attends the Lifeline Community Church, Chloe Thwala attends the Light House and Patricia Gamede attends the Spring of Life Christian Centre.

The show has just started with Rachel singing “Invisible……she sang so beautifully! Paulina Odongo’s next singing “He’ll do it again!

Lynda Osadolor’s next singing “Secret Place” and next was Wayeta Pilgrim singing “His eyes on the sparrow”. Now we have Nikki Seriki with “Days of Elijah”…..it’s electric in here ! And you needed to hear Paula Whitely toning it down with her soft but soulful performance, it’s so refreshing. It’s now Katie-Ruth Staneic the red “haired” Manchester girl singing “On my knees”….she’s awesome. Lauron Sammms the only rapper in the group is bringing the roof down! and  what can one say about the trio “The Sisters? to put in few words I can say they were incomparable!

We are back into the final leg of the show, it opened with Lauren Samms singing “Pray” and now it’s Katie’s turn to minister her song to bless the audience

Originally from South East London, but now living in Reading, Wayeta entered the competition because she wants to be accountable for the gift God has given her, and she wants to reach people through her music ministry and make her family proud by winning the competition. She says “I have been called for such a time as this! This is my opportunity to show people how good God is and witness to the lost.”

Wayeta Pilgrim

Although Wayeta has not trained professionally, she has always loved music and grew up singing everything she heard, including Gospel, soul, jazz and rock. She however admits that Gospel music was what she picked up the most. Over the years, Wayeta has been inspired by artists such as Yolanda Adams, Ella Fitzgerald and Kim Burrell. She hopes to in the near future record an EP/electric album and hopes the competition will help her achieve her dream. 34 year old Wayeta attends Globe Church of God Worldwide Mission
